Please note University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust has been in operation since 1 April 2021, following the merger of Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust and Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
1. For the period 1 January 2021 to 14 June 2023, there were 71 reported incidents covering both legacy Trusts and University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust.
2. For the period 1 January 2021 to 14 June 2023, there were 10 reported incidents covering both legacy Trusts and University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. These incidents related to skin tears and bruising from trollies or stretchers.
