• Care for Veterans

  Care for Veterans (formerly The Queen Alexandra Hospital Home) was established in 1919 to care for those soldiers returning from World War 1 with life changing disabilities.

• Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team – Brighton and Hove

  This service provides assessment and therapy to patients in Brighton and Hove who have any neurological diagnosis, to maximise their independence and manage their condition.

• Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team – North

  This service provides assessment and therapy to patients in the north of West Sussex who have any neurological diagnosis, to maximise their independence and manage their condition.

• Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team – South

  This service provides assessment and therapy to patients in Adur, Worthing and Chanctonbury who have any neurological diagnosis, to maximise their independence and manage their condition.

• Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team – West

  This service provides assessment and therapy to patients in Arundel, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Midhurst, Petworth, Pulborough and Loxwood who have any neurological diagnosis, to maximise their independence and manage their condition.
