Sandi Drewett

Sandi Drewett has joined the Trust to support our culture and people agenda on a fixed term basis, thanks to some additional resource from NHS Sussex. Sandi brings with her more than 20 years of Human Resources and Organisational Development experience from both the public and private sector, including higher education, advertising, and the NHS. She has held leading HR roles at both acute and mental health trusts. Her most recent previous role was Director of Workforce and Organisational Development at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London.
