If you require a clean set of bed linen and towels please leave the dirty linen outside your bedroom door in the clear plastic bag provided, before 9am on a Tuesday morning only. A fresh set will be placed outside your room for you.
If you hold a 6 month tenancy agreement with us, you will have already brought your own bedding, linen and towels with you and the linen replacement service will not apply.

Cleaning
Communal areas
All communal areas are cleaned daily Monday to Friday, except on Bank Holidays. This includes bathrooms, toilets and kitchens. Stairwells are cleaned once a week.
Kitchen
All kitchens are equipped with a cooker/oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and kettle, except for 2 bedroomed flats which only have a cooker and fridge/freezer.
Please note kitchen cleaning does not include washing up. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. All other cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants, including the cooker and the fridge/freezer (both internally and externally). Please remember to leave the cooker and sink as you would wish to find it.
Food waste, oil and fat should NOT be put down the drain as this will block the pipes. Please dispose of your food waste in your general waste bin, oil/fat should be placed in a secure container i.e. bottle or jar with lid which is then disposed of in the general waste bin.
Please keep all food either in the fridge/freezer or in your kitchen cupboard, do not leave on the kitchen worktops. Please only use your own allocated kitchen spaces in the fridge, freezer and cupboard. Any food not in the correct allocated space will be disposed of. Cupboards are clearly marked with the corresponding letter/number for your room as are the fridge/freezers.
The cleaning performance is audited regularly.
On Bank Holidays and weekends we ask of you to please empty your own bins and take out your own recycling due to our cleaners not working on them days. Spare bin bags will be provided.
Additional information
