Biography

After leaving dental school and achieving his fellowship in oral surgery and oral medicine Alan chose a career in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr Wilson specialises in facial deformity and facial pain (jaw joint in particular) and is involved in all aspects of the speciality, with the exception of oral cancer and its reconstruction.

The Maxillofacial Unit is a strong and mutually supporting team, and he is very happy to be part of this. They offer a skilled and comprehensive service to the people of West Sussex.
