Biography
Dr Lodge graduated from Brighton and Sussex Medical School in 2011 with Distinction and undertook Postgraduate Respiratory training along the South Coast.
In 2018 he undertook a Quality Improvement Fellowship at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth, developing and improving the lung cancer diagnostic pathway. During this period, he also undertook a NIHR Research Fellowship with Professor Anoop Chauhan, working within the Portsmouth Severe Asthma Service.
His specialist interests include lung cancer, pleural disease and asthma. He is also passionate about improving patient experience and service development.
Dr Lodge joined the Respiratory department at St Richard’s Hospital in 2022. The department provides a wide range of services that includes the care of patients with asthma, COPD, lung cancer, tuberculosis, bronchiectasis and Interstitial Lung Disease (lung fibrosis).
