I would like to see any triage protocols for ICU (which specified who would be admitted and who would be denied care) that were in use between March 2020 and to date.

The Trust does not use Triage protocols in ICU/Critical Care admissions. Triage protocols were not used in the period specified in your query.
Any and all such decisions are and were made on an individual patient basis, balancing the risks and benefits that admission to Critical Care poses or posed to the patient.
The decisions made in such circumstances are always dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, past medical history, co-morbidities, current diagnosis and likely reversibility of deteriorating physiology.
