- How many ‘Serious Incidents Investigations’* have been carried out in relation to ‘Serious Incidents’ at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton?
- How many of these ‘Serious Incident Investigations’* related to ‘Serious Incidents’ affecting the Trafford Ward or the Courtyard Ward?
- How many ‘Serious Incident Investigations’* relate to patients falling over (i) in the Royal Sussex & County Hospital and, separately, (ii) within the Trafford Ward?
- What were the ‘Ward Falls Rates (per 1,000 stay days)’ (i) across the whole of the Royal Sussex County Hospital and, separately, (ii) within the Trafford Ward?
* ‘Serious Incident’ and ‘Serious Incidents Investigation’ carry the meanings used in the Serious Incidents Framework (2015).
