Information disclosed:
1. The Trust uses the Trac administration system for recruitment monitoring, and this system only retains applicant data for one year. Data for the calendar year 2021 is no longer held by the Trust and is therefore not available under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act.
In the calendar year 2022 there were 3,524 applicants aged 50 or over.

3. 5,085 employees; this figure is equivalent to 29.7% of our total workforce as at 23 June 2023.
