*This information is not currently held by the Trust. Whilst we hold records relevant to the start and end time of operations, compiling data that specifically reflects ‘inter-case downtime’ over the five years requested, will be a complicated process requiring considerable staff time.
According to guidance issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office, where the provision of information will require complex analysis and a high level of skill and judgement to produce, this would amount to creating information not already held.
An assessment of the work involved in providing the information you are seeking for this question has concluded that it meets the criteria of information ‘not held’ under this guidance.
