The Board of Directors of University Hospitals Sussex meets in public on Monday 31 March 2025, from 1.30pm – 3.45pm in the Boardroom at Worthing Hospital.

The agenda includes updates from the Trust’s Chief Executive, General Surgery at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, and the Trust’s Operational, Efficiency and Capital Plan for 2025/26 as well as the results from the annual NHS Staff Survey.
Chair of the board, Philippa Slinger, said: “We encourage members of the public to take an in interest in the operations of their local hospitals and we welcome questions for the board to answer.

Please note, we suggest allowing extra time to travel to Worthing Hospital due to temporary road closures on the section of Lyndhurst Road between the North Street roundabout and Park Road junction, resulting in lane closures on Park Road and immediately off the North Street roundabout, and a road closure on Lyndhurst Road.
