The BSMS library team will be disseminating an online library survey to all BSMS Library users during Semester 1 2023-24. The survey will also be sent to our AHP colleagues that make use of the service. There will be a follow-up survey issued following the implementation of the new KLS structure to gauge any changes in BSMS Library users’ attitudes to the service offered.
