The days are getting colder, wetter and gloomier, and we find ourselves facing new mental and physical health challenges including all those lovely winter coughs and colds.
It’s also a busy holiday season for most, and while there are so many distractions it’s easy to forget about looking after yourself.
While we can’t control everything, we can take steps that can help boost our chances of staying well, both physically and mentally. Keep warm, eat well, keep active and remember your winter vaccinations.
