The Dry January Campaign encourages adults to take a break from alcohol for 31 days at the start of the year, aiming to boost both physical and mental health. Last year, around 200,000 people across the UK took part in this challenge – why not join them this January?
Why take part?
Committing to Dry January can bring a range of benefits, including:
- Improved overall health
- Better sleep and increased energy
- A stronger immune system
It’s a great way to reset after the festive season and start the year feeling refreshed!
