Our National Health Campaign for July is Mental Health and Wellbeing, one of the topics from this year’s Health Information Week.
Tips for improving your mental wellbeing:
- Relax and reduce stress
- Find ways to learn and be creative
- Spend time in nature
- Connect with others. Good relationships are important for your mental wellbeing
- Look after your physical health. Being active is not only great for your physical health and fitness. Evidence shows it can also improve your mental wellbeing
- Try to get enough sleep.
