Updated: Problems with IT systems and phone lines

Staff continue to respond to the impact of the problems caused by a fault with an IT server over the weekend, and good progress is being made to stabilise the situation. 

Services continue to be delivered as usual, but your support for staff is greatly appreciated – some teams are still delivering patient care while managing some disruption, so please use services wisely.

We are working to normalise all of our systems as quickly as possible, but some teams may still encounter more challenges than normal today – your support and patience is greatly appreciated.
