Sexual Health Month is celebrated each September and the idea embraces not only the physical aspects of sexual health, but also the emotional side.
As a general rule, taking care of our health usually includes eating the right foods and keeping physically active – we don’t always consider our sexual health. So now is a good time to assess our level of sexual and reproductive health and to clear up any gaps in our knowledge.
Did you know that condoms go right back to the 1600s and were made from animal membranes. And the best country for sex is Greece! According to a recent worldwide survey, Greece is the most sexually active country in the world.
