The winter months can bring added challenges in terms of staying well,and can worsen existing health problems. Colder temperatures can cause blood pressure to rise and increased exposure to coughs and colds can have an impact on anyone, regardless of age.
We can all take steps that can help boost our chances of staying well, both physically and mentally:
