Kate joined the Trust Board in August 2025, bringing extensive expertise in organisational transformation, with 15 years’ experience in senior executive roles at two of the world’s leading government outsourcing companies, including significant turnaround leadership.
After graduating with a degree in History from Cambridge University, where she also served as President of the Cambridge Union, Kate spent several years as a Policy Adviser to senior politicians in the fields of Criminal Justice, Home Affairs, and Legal Affairs, before moving into the private sector.
Driven by a commitment to improving public services and creating opportunities for people from disadvantaged backgrounds, Kate also has non-executive experience as Chair of Trustees for two charities
