Pathology Consumables (staff only)

Following the introduction of the ICE system for digital Pathology requests, there is no longer a requirement to provide GP’s with paper request forms for Blood Sciences, Cellular Pathology or Microbiology. In the unlikely event that the ICE system is offline or unavailable, please complete your request manually using the reverse side of the A4 ICE Request Form and transport to Pathology as normal.
