In-house massages
The Health, Wellbeing and Engagement team have organised free in-house massages to wards across the St. Richard’s, Worthing, Southlands, Princess Royal and Royal Sussex County sites, these are running until Autumn 2024. Staff at the Royal Sussex County and Princess Royal can sign-up for a free massage in the Wellbeing Hubs.
If you would like to organise a massage day for your team, this will need to be funded by your department/team budget, please email [email protected] with your interest.
Massage with Antoine
Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 5.30pm – 7.30pm. Massage with Antoine in the Heroes Lounge (Wellbeing Hub, First Floor PRH), £15 for 30 minutes (massage therapy including effleurage, petrissage, deep tissue techniques, to treat specific conditions, areas and pain). Or £25 for 1 hour (focusing on the whole body and relaxation). To book and check availability please email [email protected].
Touchwise Massage
Keith Turner is a fully qualified massage therapist in advanced clinical, sports and Swedish massage. 60-minute appointments available for UHSussex staff for £30. Treatment room located at Maresfield Road (10-minute walk from RSCH). Massage helps to alleviate physical and emotional pain and discomfort, and promote relaxation and wellbeing. Keith has years of experience in treating clients who present with a wide variety of soft tissue injuries as well as acute and chronic conditions. Guided Meditation, Sound Healing and Pellowah
Based in Aldwick (near Bognor Regis / Chichester), Sadie and Ellie Tooley offer £5 off Inner Self Healing and Combination Treatments including Reiki, Pellowah, guided meditation, sound healing and affirmations. Treatments can promote relaxation, ease physical and emotional pain and reduce feelings of negativity. They also offer discounted massage.
