The Perineal Clinic is a specialist service led by pelvic health specialist midwives, physiotherapists and consultants and offers follow up for women and people who:
- have a tear to their anal sphincter caused by childbirth
- have a perineal wound which is not healing well
- people who have an infection or on-going pain in their perineum after childbirth.

Where we are
Princess Royal Hospital
The clinic is situated in Antenatal Clinic -Ground Floor and is for anyone having their baby around Brighton and Haywards Heath.
This clinic is only open on Mondays.
St Richard's Hospital
The clinic is located in the Antenatal Clinic- Ground Floor- St Richard Hospital in Chichester and is for anyone having their baby around Worthing and Chichester areas.
This clinic is only open on Tuesdays.
