Whilst our judging panel read more than 140 nominations for July’s Star of the Month, it’s time to think about who you want to nominate for August!
The Star of the Month award recognises staff members who go above and beyond in their role, making a difference to patients, visitors, and their colleagues.
Any employee, bank staff, or volunteer, whether front-line or behind the scenes, can be nominated.
Please complete the Star of the Month nomination form and explain how your nominee has gone above and beyond expectations, embodying our Trust values and contributing to our Patient First goals.
Judges will be looking for specific examples, so please be detailed about an event or moment where your nominee demonstrated values like compassion, communication, inclusion, respect, teamwork, and professionalism.
The winner will receive a £100 gift card, a framed certificate, and a congratulatory letter from our Chief Executive, Dr George Findlay. They will also be invited to the 2025 Patient First STAR Awards, with a chance to win the Star of the Year award.
The second and third runners-up will each receive a £25 gift card and a congratulatory postcard. Every nominee will receive a postcard recognising their achievement, which we encourage them to display proudly.
