In August we received more than 50 nominations, recognising individuals and teams who have excelled within their role and embodied our Trust values and contributed towards our Patient First goals.
By submitting a Star of the Month nomination, you can show your appreciation for our staff and volunteers, whether this is for an individual or team!
The Star of the Month award recognises staff members who go above and beyond in their role, making a difference to patients, visitors, and their colleagues.
Judges will be looking for specific examples about an event or moment where your nominee demonstrated values like compassion, communication, inclusion, respect, teamwork, and professionalism.
The winner will receive a £100 gift card, a framed certificate, and a congratulatory letter from our Chief Executive, Dr George Findlay. They will also be invited to the 2025 Patient First STAR Awards, with a chance to win the Star of the Year award.
The second and third runners-up will each receive a £25 gift card and a congratulatory postcard. Every nominee will receive a postcard recognising their achievement, which we encourage them to display proudly.
