We are looking forward to crowning our 2024 winners who have been recognised by their colleagues, patients and members of the public for their outstanding efforts caring for and improving the lives of our patients.

This year we received our highest number of nominations ever. More than 1,500 nominations were submitted for teams and individuals across the Trust.
Every single one of these were read by our judging panel which includes executive officers, governors, hospital leadership teams and staff side representatives.
Our judges were amazed to see so many nominations, thank you for taking the time to submit them. It is important to hear how our colleagues and teams are going above and beyond, working to our Trust values of compassion and communication, inclusion and respect and teamwork and professionalism.
