Our bumps and buggies walks are open to all new parents and parents-to-be. They are social walks on buggy-friendly routes, led by one of our local midwives and free to join. No need to book, just turn up!

Meet by the top gate at the entrance to the children’s park.

Walks run from 11am to 12pm around the beautiful Hove Park, we will go at whatever pace is preferred and meander around the paths and under the blossom and elm trees. Join us for a coffee and cake afterwards!
There is free parking for up to 3 hours on the roads surrounding the park on Goldstone Crescent and Park View Road. The 5, 5A, 5B and 47 buses run every few minutes and stop close to the park and cafe.
These walks are run in partnership with Brighton and Hove City Council Healthy Lifestyle team. Please register once to attend any walk. If you have any issues filling in the form, don’t worry just turn up!
Haywards Heath
Meet midwife Becky at 10.30am outside The Harvester, RH16 4BB (free parking).

All walks start and end outside The Harvester Beech Hurst in Haywards Heath for a gentle walk around the area with our local midwife Becky. There is free parking at the start point and it will follow a buggy-friendly route with stops along the way if needed.
