Our bumps and buggies walks are open to all new parents and parents-to-be. They are social walks on buggy-friendly routes, led by one of our local midwives and free to join. No need to book, just turn up!

Hove Park – Meet by the top gate at the entrance to the children’s park.

Walks run from 11am to 12pm around the beautiful Hove Park, we will go at whatever pace is preferred and meander around the paths and under the blossom and elm trees. Join us for a coffee afterwards!
There is free parking for up to 3 hours on the roads surrounding the park on Goldstone Crescent and Park View Road. The 5, 5A, 5B and 47 buses run every few minutes and stop close to the park and cafe.
Burgess Hill
St John’s Park – Meet next to the tennis courts.

Meet midwife Becky at 11am for a gentle walk around the area. There is free parking at the start point and it will follow a buggy-friendly route with stops along the way if needed.
