- Real-life examples of communication breakdowns and how they could have been avoided.
- Learn about two simple communication tools: Teach Back and Chunk and Check.

- You want to understand what health literacy is.
Note
This session is not primarily aimed at people who feel they want to improve their communication in English because English is not their first language.

Presentation with examples and hands-on practice. Sessions are taught on-site or online. You will be sent a Teams invite for online sessions.
