Bereavement services
If your loved one has died at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, the Bereavement Services team are here to help you. We can guide you through the necessary steps following your bereavement. We also work with clinical teams to ensure that all necessary steps are taken, and paperwork completed.
Outside of office times you can leave a message or contact us via email and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Our contact details can be found on our Bereavement services page.
Full information is available in the booklet ‘A practical guide for when someone dies’ which is available.
