- Competency Pack – Outlines key activities and behaviours aligned with national standards to support professional development.
- Job Description Templates – Customisable examples for Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Care Coordinators to assist with recruitment.
- Training & Development Pathway – A guide to ongoing education and career progression.
These resources are suitable for technicians at any stage of their career and are especially useful during role induction, transitions between practices, promotions, or after career breaks. They can be used alongside other training programmes, such as the CPPE Primary Care Pharmacy Education Pathway (PCPEP), and tailored to meet the needs of individual PCNs.
