Free Clinical Hypnotherapy Workshops

Join Karen Neeson, a clinical solution-focused Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, for a one-hour clinical hypnotherapy workshop, in the Heritage Space (Louisa Martindale Building).
Sessions will include:
- tips, tools and techniques to support you in dealing with stress and anxiety in the workplace and daily life
- an easy-to-understand explanation of the neuroscience behind how the brain works
- helping you to become more aware of your thoughts and feelings
- ending with guided relaxation

- Anapana meditation is a breathing technique that aims to calm and concentrate the mind
- learn techniques to train the mind to become less reactive
- meditation enables us to live a happier and peaceful life
- taster sessions include a 15-min intro and 10-min practice
- please bring your own cushion / mat / blanket (chairs will be available)

Lunch & Learn / 60 Minutes at 6
Next dates: 22 November (12pm – 1pm and 6pm – 7pm)
Join Bernadette Doyle, a qualified therapist and neuro-coach, for a one-hour ‘Lunch & Learn’ at 12pm or ‘60 Minutes at 6pm’ Workshop at Worthing Hospital Chapel (North Wing, Ground Floor). Bernadette uses a mixture of Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching to help people who are being held back in life by anxiety, depression, addictions, phobias, fears, past traumas, PTSD, and menopause symptoms. Our experiences are all unique, therefore all sessions are bespoke.
Workshops will explore:
- what anxiety is
- what purpose it serves
- recognising the signs
- technique taught to help calm the system
