One-to-one support from a dedicated health coach to help you to eat healthily during your pregnancy
This offer is for six one-to-one sessions that are delivered remotely. This will include pregnancy-specific support around portion sizes, what to eat in pregnancy, controlling weight gain, healthy alternatives and exploring motivations around behaviour change.
