All pregnant women and people living in Brighton and Hove can be referred for specialised healthy lifestyle support in pregnancy. This will be provided by the Healthy Lifestyles team at Brighton and Hove City Council as well as their partners gloji, and will be tailored to your needs including:
- one to one diet and nutrition advice specific for pregnancy
- support controlling weight gain
- safe pregnancy physical activity
- signposting to activities and opportunities available in the city.
